Member Institution Event: Advent at Resurrection Covenant Church

10:30am & 7:00pm
Every Advent, we light candles, sing carols, and pray for Christ’s coming because we believe God entered a frightened world to bring good news.
We hold onto hope because we believe that Christ did incarnate among us. Our hope is not flimsy or fleeting.
It’s gritty, resilient, and able to endure, no matter what we fear or face.
This Advent, let us insist on hope and trust that good news is greater than fear.
Join us as we hold hope and fear together and wait for God’s good news to break through once again.
Advent Sunday Morning Worship: 10:30am
There is programming for children Pre-K through 6th grade during worship and all ages are invited to participate in every part of the service.
Longest Night Service, A Vigil for Hope: 7:00pm
Each year we gather on or close to the longest night of the year to make space for those experiencing grief in its many forms during the Advent and Christmas season.
This year, we will make space for difficult emotions during the holiday season, particularly surrounding the fears present in the world, our city, and our own lives. Join us as we keep vigil for hope on the longest night.
