We’ll be meeting next on Monday, April 8 at 6:00 pm at Budlong Woods Library (5630 N. Lincoln Ave.).

We will hear from representatives from Chicago’s Office of Emergency Management and Communications (OEMC) about call priority levels, including what to expect when you have to call 911, the differences between 911 and 311, the Smart911 program, and overall emergency preparedness. We will also provide an opportunity for you as community members to share about your experiences interacting with and using 911 and 311 services.

-Share your concerns regarding public safety and policing in the 20th Police District

-Discuss how we can work together in the district to increase our sense of safety and community
