DESCRIPTION:The people united will never be defeated! \nIn alignment with partners all across the city (and country!)\,\nONE Northside is launching our own spring blitz to stop Trump’s authoritarian consolidation of power. \nWe’re going both on the defense (through rapid response) and offense.  \nWe need\n– MILLIONS of current customers to agree to boycott the same company\n– MILLIONS to agree on a single day when they won’t work or shop\n– HUNDREDS of THOUSANDS of students to refuse to go to school \nBut how do we get there? Learn here. \nWe can turn the tide. What role do you want to play in making it happen?\nBe in community with others who want to make the same commitment. \nIn this training\, we’ll orient people around authoritarianism\, noncooperation\, rapid response\, May Day\, and our ongoing campaign to fund our communities by taxing the rich.\nWe’ll also practice some skills\, like how to talk to the people in your life about all this and how you want them involved. Because we need everyone in our movement. \nThis will be a 90-minute online training on March 19\, 4:30-6pm.\nZoom link will be sent to registrants after they sign up.
