DESCRIPTION:Haymarket Books is proud to present the next installment in our community film series: Films for a Changing World. We envision this community film series to be a place for people to come together in community during this volatile political moment. In times like these\, our struggle to change the world can feel even more difficult to sustain and we hope these events will be a space to share a collective cultural experience and connect with one another. \nJoin us Tuesday\, March 24th at 6 PM for a screening of Elizabeth Nichols’ 2024 documentary\, Flying Lessons. The film will be followed by a discussion led by ONE Northside and all proceeds will go towards supporting their work.
