We are grateful to share that starting July 1, Trilogy will begin providing mental, physical, and case management services to 50 residents in the building. Previously, they were at risk of becoming homeless. Trilogy is a compassionate mental health service provider, located here on the North Side and has been a long time partner of ours. We’re so glad that Trilogy will be working with these residents and ensure that they can stay in their homes and continue receiving the care they need.
Our work to preserve the Leland Building’s affordable units continues. We are meeting with tenants and elected officials to find a way forward.
